No booking commission charged by Jobsite Stays. Portfolio pricing depends on property count, integrations and support. Website services are separate from directory listing fees.

Can I buy or launch today?

Not yet. We are accepting early-access interest. Automated previews, checkout and website provisioning will be introduced later.

What does monthly service cover?

Planned hosting, maintenance, shared product improvements and self-service tools. Custom design, ongoing marketing and guest administration are separate services.

Will bookings sync with Airbnb or Vrbo?

Integration availability and calendar refresh behavior will be confirmed before purchase. We are not promising real-time synchronization at this stage.

Is Portfolio a property-management service?

No. It is a website and software offering for property managers. You retain responsibility for guests, rental terms and property operations.

Does this change my Jobsite Stays listing?

No. These are optional services. Your directory listing and its approval are independent of a website purchase.

Will a website guarantee bookings?

No. It gives your referrals, returning guests and marketing a direct destination. Traffic, inquiries and reservations depend on your property and promotion.
