Property Listing Standards

Last updated July 25, 2026

Accurate and current

Listings must accurately describe the property being offered, current rates, mandatory fees, availability, occupancy, furnishings, amenities, parking, policies, and general or exact location. Providers must remove or update materially outdated information.

Real property photos

Upload current photographs of the advertised property or location. Do not use stock photography, AI-generated property imagery, materially altered images, images copied without permission, or photos of a different unit unless the distinction is clearly disclosed.

Direct provider contact

Listings must include a working business phone, email, or website controlled by the provider. Providers authorize public display of selected contact methods so housing seekers can communicate directly.

Rates and fees

Published rates should identify the applicable period. Mandatory provider fees, deposits, minimum stays, taxes, utility arrangements, and material restrictions should be disclosed before a housing seeker pays or signs. Jobsite Stays does not set, negotiate, or collect rental charges.

RV park and space details

RV listings must accurately describe available spaces, hookup type, electrical service, electricity billing, pad surface, maximum rig length, pull-through or back-in access, long-term stay rules, and shared facilities when those details apply. A park listing may represent all pads at one physical address, but availability and rates must not be misleading.

Fair housing

Advertisements may not express unlawful preferences, exclusions, or limitations based on protected characteristics. Providers must follow federal, state, and local fair-housing requirements in listing language, screening, and rental decisions.

Prohibited content

Fraudulent listings, unauthorized properties, misleading availability, bait-and-switch pricing, discriminatory statements, malware, impersonation, stolen media, illegal accommodations, unsafe payment instructions, and claims of Jobsite Stays inspection or endorsement are prohibited.

Checks and enforcement

Jobsite Stays may use automated and administrative checks and may request information, reduce visibility, suspend, or remove content. These checks are for directory integrity and are not property inspections, title searches, identity guarantees, safety certifications, or legal approvals.

Reports

Report inaccurate, fraudulent, discriminatory, infringing, or unsafe content through the contact page. Include the listing URL and specific concern. Immediate threats or suspected crimes should be reported to the appropriate local authority.
