Housing Provider Terms

Last Updated: [LAST_UPDATED_DATE]

1. Overview [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

These Housing Provider Terms outline the general relationship between Jobsite Stays ("ACH") and property providers. ACH operates as a matching service to connect traveling crews and housing seekers with available temporary properties. ACH does not own, manage, operate, or guarantee any properties submitted through the platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Provider" refers to the property owner, property manager, or authorized operator submitting a listing.
  • "Property" refers to the housing unit(s), home, apartment, hotel, or RV space submitted by the Provider.
  • "Housing Seeker" refers to the traveling crews, corporate workers, or individuals seeking temporary housing.
  • "ACH" refers to Jobsite Stays.

3. Provider Responsibilities [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

By submitting a property, the Provider agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and honest property information.
  • Maintain timely availability updates when contacted by ACH.
  • Comply with all applicable local laws, building codes, zoning ordinances, and short-term rental permits.
  • Maintain adequate property and liability insurance coverage.
  • Respond to housing inquiries and matching requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in a habitable condition for Housing Seekers.

4. ACH Responsibilities [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

ACH agrees to:

  • Review submitted properties for suitability on the platform.
  • Endeavor to match properties with suitable housing requests based on the requirements of the Housing Seeker.
  • Protect the Provider's contact information from public display on the website.
  • Communicate honestly and in good faith regarding potential matches.

5. Property Submission and Review [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

All submitted properties undergo a review process by ACH staff. ACH reserves the right to approve, reject, or request more information about any submission. Submission of a property does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform or any minimum volume of referrals or bookings.

6. Referral and Compensation [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE — CRITICAL]

[INSERT SPECIFIC REFERRAL/COMMISSION TERMS HERE]

Compensation, placement fees, and business arrangements are agreed upon individually in writing between ACH and the Provider prior to finalizing placements.

7. Rates and Payment [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

Providers are solely responsible for setting their own rates. Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment terms, lease agreements, and deposits are handled directly between the Provider and the Housing Seeker (or their company).

[DEFINE ACH BILLING ROLE, IF APPLICABLE: e.g., "ACH does not process rental payments on behalf of Providers."]

8. Liability and Insurance [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE — CRITICAL]

ACH is not a party to the lease, rental agreement, or contract entered into between the Provider and the Housing Seeker. The Provider retains full liability and responsibility for the property.

9. Privacy and Data

Provider contact information is kept confidential and is only used by ACH for communication and matching purposes. Exact property addresses are not displayed publicly unless expressly authorized by the Provider; otherwise, only general area descriptions are utilized.

10. Termination [REVIEW AND CUSTOMIZE]

Either party may terminate this arrangement with written notice. Termination does not affect existing, finalized bookings or any referral fee obligations tied to those active bookings.

[DEFINE NOTICE PERIOD: e.g., "Thirty (30) days written notice is required..."]
