- "Provider" refers to the property owner, property manager, or authorized operator submitting a listing.
- "Property" refers to the housing unit(s), home, apartment, hotel, or RV space submitted by the Provider.

- Respond to housing inquiries and matching requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure the property is clean, safe, and in a habitable condition for Housing Seekers.

ACH agrees to:
- Review submitted properties for suitability on the platform.
- Endeavor to match properties with suitable housing requests based on the requirements of the Housing Seeker.
- Protect the Provider's contact information from public display on the website.

All submitted properties undergo a review process by ACH staff. ACH reserves the right to approve, reject, or request more information about any submission. Submission of a property does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform or any minimum volume of referrals or bookings.
