For new free listings, pausing or removing it ends the free exposure. Relisting requires a separately authorized paid annual plan. No card is collected and it does not renew automatically.
Applied to additional standard properties in the same city after a provider has used that city's free offer. A first eligible listing in a different city can still be free.
Your first eligible location in each city can use the free offer for up to 12 months while continuously offered. Continued multi-unit exposure after that term is $750 per location annually.
Each city's free listing does not collect a card or renew automatically. For a standard property, continued or relisted exposure is $199 per year, or $149 for an additional property under the same provider email; a hotel, community, or RV park location is $750 per year. You choose and authorize checkout before any charge. Paid additional listings and Premier placement use secure Stripe checkout.

The hosted Property Website is available for approved, published listings. Preview your actual property before payment. It includes an inquiry form and a link to your existing reservation page. Custom domains, native booking and calendar synchronization are not included in this release.
Website services are optional and billed separately from directory listings. Prices are USD; applicable taxes, domain registration and third-party processing or software charges are additional. Jobsite Stays charges no booking commission.
