Property website service terms

Effective September 19, 2026. Provider: McCrohan Supply, LLC, operating as Jobsite Stays.

What you purchase

The Property Website service provides one branded hosted page at jobsitestays.com/stay/your-property, using your reviewed preview. It includes photos, text updates through the supplier portal, a guest inquiry form and a link to an existing reservation website. Custom domains, native reservation processing, calendar synchronization, custom design and marketing services are not included in this release.

Price and renewal

$399 setup plus $49 for the first month, totaling $448 at checkout. Hosting and maintenance renew at $49/month until canceled. Prices are USD. Any tax collected will be shown in checkout. Third-party booking and payment-processing charges are separate.

Activation and cancellation

Your hosted page activates after successful payment confirmation. Manage payment methods and cancellation from the website's billing button in your supplier portal. Canceling stops future renewals according to the date shown in Stripe. The hosted page becomes unavailable when the subscription ends or becomes unpaid. Your directory listing is billed and managed separately.

Your content and guests

You must own or have permission to publish the property text, photos and contact details. You are responsible for accurate information, availability, rental terms, guest communications and payments. Inquiries are not confirmed reservations. Jobsite Stays provides the website service and does not manage the property or promise traffic, reservations or revenue.

Help and billing issues

If activation fails or a charge appears incorrect, contact billing@jobsitestays.com with your order reference. We will investigate and correct service or billing errors. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
