What Counts as Jobsite Accommodation?

Jobsite accommodation is not one specific type of property. It can include a furnished house for a small crew, several apartments for supervisors and tradespeople, an extended-stay hotel for short or uncertain assignments, an RV site for workers traveling with their own rigs, or multiple units grouped around one project area. What matters is whether the housing works operationally for the assignment.

Compare utilities, cleaning or service fees, deposits, laundry, kitchen access, parking, cancellation rules, extension terms, and whether the property can still support the crew if headcount changes. A housing option that requires fewer moves during the project may be worth more than a cheaper option with a rigid end date.
